What is the UP event series?
The image of professional education by MTPA. As you can read below, UP's activities rest on several pillars: our mission not only to create a common event industry platform, but also to open trainings for the professional field and educate the next generation. In the UP portfolio, you can find lectures, round table discussions, conference collaborations, international trade fairs, and even a podcast. The key motive is community and joint development, which is why we ask for feedback on all our activities.

MeetUP
The monthly MeetUP series, which operates according to the fall and spring season, is basically a meeting opportunity organized around problem-solving discussions and presentations, which brings the players of the professional field closer to each other. The MeetUP series is both an opportunity and a stage: we prepare month after month with topics that are in the center of interest for the entire event sector. There is nothing more uplifting when industry players can learn from each other, within business, sports and leisure and cultural events. The permanent location of the MeetUP series is the Akvárium Klub.

SmartUP
We believe that pragmatics alone is not enough to understand an entire sector. That is why we are happy to look behind the development of processes, examining the issue either from a social science, economic or legal point of view. The SmartUp series is organically connected to our MeetUp events, but its goal is to be able to rise above the problems of everyday life and develop a proposal for a solution to a more comprehensive problem by looking at the big picture.
